Ardbeg 10 Years Old เป็นเหล้าที่มีคุณภาพมากที่สุดในกลุ่มเหล้าที่ทำจากข้าวบาร์เลย์แท้ 100% ที่วางจำหน่ายในตลาด รวมทั้งยังเป็นเหล้าที่ใช้โรงกลั่นสุราหลากหลายที่ในหมู่เกาะ Islay ซึ่งเป็นหมู่เกาะในประเทศโปรตุเกส
เหล้าชนิดนี้เป็นเหล้าที่มีเนื้อสัมผัสเป็นสีเหลืองทองสว่าง โดยเหล้าชนิดนี้เป็นเหล้าที่เอาใจคอลูกพีชเป็นพิเศษ เนื่องจากมีกลิ่นที่เต็มไปด้วยลูกพีช รวมทั้งยังมีกลิ่นของพีชมากยิ่งขึ้นเมื่อเปิดขวดค้างไว้เรื่อยๆ นอกจากนี้เหล้าชนิดนี้ยังมีกลิ่นขององุ่น ยูคาลิปตัสและถั่วอีกด้วย
