Brilliant, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage.
Elegantly fruity with notes that recall, in particular, green apple, white peach and citrus; closes with a delicate floral of acacia and wisteria flowers.
Lively, light and pleasantly fresh, it presents a balance between acid and sugar component which gives elegance and refinement.
Excellent as an aperitif and for the preparation of cocktails, it goes perfectly with fish appetizers and seafood risottos but, being a wine for the whole meal, even with cooking based on spontaneous herbs, meat dishes, pizza, vegetables (especially asparagus and Treviso radicchio), cold cuts and cheeses.
